Tuning · Alpharetta, GA
Custom ECU and TCU calibration developed around your vehicle, its modifications and your goals, keeping drivability and reliability at the center of the file.
Your car has a computer for the engine and, on most automatics, another for the gearbox. We write new instructions for both, around your parts and your fuel.
The engine computer decides how much fuel, air and spark the engine gets. We rewrite those instructions for your car, with safe targets for knock, boost and temperature, rather than loading a generic file written for someone else’s car.
Your gearbox has its own computer. Tuning it changes how quickly and firmly the car shifts, and lets it handle the extra power from an engine tune instead of quietly taking some of it away.
E85 resists knock far better than pump gas, which gives a tune more room on the right car. A flex fuel setup runs on premium, E85 or any mix of the two, and adjusts the tune to match what is in the tank.
A stage says how far a car has been changed from factory. There is no official rulebook, so what counts as Stage 2 on one car can differ on another. We always explain what a stage means for yours.
Stage1
What it involves
A custom calibration for the engine computer, and sometimes the transmission computer too. No parts change.
Who it suits
Most daily drivers. The car feels stronger and more responsive without changing how it looks or behaves day to day, and it is the easiest stage to undo on most cars.
Stage2
What it involves
Stage 1 plus parts that help the engine breathe, then a tune to match them. Depending on the car:
Who it suits
Drivers who want more than Stage 1 and are fine with a louder car, more frequent maintenance and some extra cost.
On many cars, Stage 2 parts are made for off-road or track use. We tell you up front where that applies.
Stage3
What it involves
Usually an upgraded turbo or turbos, plus whatever the car needs to support them:
Who it suits
Committed enthusiasts who accept that the car becomes more of a project, with a longer install and closer attention afterward.
How much power each stage adds depends on the car, the fuel, the parts, its condition and the stage. We do not quote horsepower numbers before we know your car. Stages explained in full
New to tuning? Here is the whole process, start to finish.
01
Send the year, make and model, plus anything already changed on it. We come back with a real number by phone, text or email.
02
Before tuning, we check the car is healthy enough to tune. Then we build the calibration around its parts, its fuel and how you drive.
03
Most ECU-only tunes are done the same day. Parts installs usually take 1–3 days. We confirm the timeline before you book.
Results shared across the Eurocharged network. Published results from Eurocharged calibrations, the same calibrations we tune with. Actual gains vary by vehicle, fuel, hardware, condition and calibration stage.

A tune can affect powertrain warranty coverage. We are upfront about it: we will tell you what is at risk on your specific platform, and on most vehicles we can return the car to a stock file if you need it back to factory calibration for a dealer visit.
That is the whole point of a custom calibration. We tune around your hardware, fuel and driving conditions with safe knock, boost and temperature targets, rather than loading a generic file written for someone else's car.
Most ECU-only tunes are a same-day appointment. Stage kits and hardware installs typically run one to three days depending on parts availability. We confirm the timeline before you book.
Tune pricing depends on platform and stage, so we quote per vehicle. Our published shop labor rate is $180/hr. Send your car details through the form and we come back with a real number.
Yes. Modified cars, other shops' tunes and problem builds are a large part of what we do. Tell us what has been done to it in the form and we will pick it up from there.
Your car has a computer that decides how the engine runs. Tuning means carefully changing its instructions so the car drives the way you want.

4 min readE85 is a high-ethanol fuel that can support more power on the right car. It also has real downsides, so here is the honest picture.
5 min readA tune can be safe or risky depending on how it is done. Here is what a careful tune protects, what goes wrong with bad ones, and how we work.
