These terms apply to the Eurocharged Atlanta website and to the quote requests, estimates and payments you make through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes

A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us about your car. It is not a binding offer. The final price depends on the car's condition, its existing modifications and the work involved, and we confirm it with you before any work begins.

Estimates and approvals

When we send you an estimate or ask you to approve extra work, accepting it through the link we send is your agreement to that work at that price. Anything you sign or accept there is recorded with the date and time.

Payment

Invoices can be paid through the secure link we send you. Card payments are handled by the payment processor shown on that page. Any deposit, and what happens to it if you cancel, is set out on your estimate or invoice.

Results

The dyno figures on this site are published results from the wider Eurocharged network, not promises for your car. Actual gains vary by vehicle, fuel, hardware, condition and calibration stage.

Your warranty

Tuning or modifying a car can affect its factory powertrain warranty. We tell you what is at risk on your platform before we start, and the decision to go ahead is yours.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we send replies to your quote request, appointment updates and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The full terms are in our Messaging Terms, and how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

Site content

The content, logo and photos on this site belong to Eurocharged Atlanta or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent. Links to other sites, including eurocharged.com, are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Eurocharged Performance Atlanta is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
