Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains what Eurocharged Performance Atlanta, doing business as Eurocharged Atlanta ("we", "us"), collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
What you enter in our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, your car's year, make, model and engine or trim, what you want done, its current modifications, how you would like us to contact you, and whether you ticked the text message or email boxes. If you came to the site from an ad or another website, we also record where you came from (for example "google / cpc") so we know which ads are worth paying for.
If you pay an invoice or approve an estimate through a link we send you, your card is handled by the payment processor on that page. Your card number never reaches us or this website.
How we use it
To answer you, quote the work, schedule it and keep you updated. If you ticked the boxes on the form, we also use it to send text messages or emails as described there. We do not sell your information.
Your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text message to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our Messaging Terms cover this in full.
Who else handles it
Your request is stored in the customer management system we use to run the shop, which also sends our texts and emails. Service providers like this handle your information only to do that work for us.
Cookies, the Meta pixel and analytics
This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when someone views a page here and when someone sends a quote request, so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to us and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies to connect that visit with a Facebook or Instagram account. The pixel never receives what you type in the form; it only learns that a request was sent.
We may also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us how the site is doing, not who you are.
The first time you visit, a notice at the bottom of the page lets you say no. Choosing "No thanks" turns off the Meta pixel and Google Analytics in that browser. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again. You can also manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. We keep your choice in your browser's storage, and we remember for 30 days where you came from so your quote request can carry it.
The pages behind the private links we send you (estimates, invoices and approvals) do not load the Meta pixel or Google Analytics.
Removing your information
Ask and we will delete it, unless we need to keep a record of work we did for you. Email [email protected] or call (470) 359-4197.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
